After paying The Analyst a little visit, Trinity and Neo had their minds set on freeing as many minds as possible, of course, they didn’t expect The Analyst to make their lives easy. He needed humans, he still needed the minds plugged into the Matrix in order to create enough energy for the Machines.
Trinity was also coming to learn and understand her new skills, her new powers, and learning all about IO and the new alliance made between humans and the synthients. Sometimes she found it hard to believe that the machines could be on their side, yes not all machines were bad, not all wanted to kill them, she was here thanks to the machines. She was reunited with Neo because machines had been involved in her rescue; she was learning and giving the benefit of the doubt to General Niobe’s new world.
But IO and this new alliance weren’t the only things new in her life, because The Analyst had let them into another little secret. Not all of her children were programs, not all were fake, the oldest of Tiffany’s children was actually hers and Neo’s son. Apparently, Trinity had been expecting when she and Neo flew off to the Machine City, upon bringing her back, resurrecting her; he was also able to continue her pregnancy. Of course that such news only made Trinity’s blood boil, that her son had been used to controlling her, that Neo hadn’t been there for their child, all they had missed while being trapped in the Matrix and kept apart.
Bringing Brandon to the real world was the toughest decision they ever had to make and yet the one they knew they had to do, they couldn’t leave their son trapped inside the Matrix, and she wanted Brandon to know the truth, to know the real world and have a chance at freedom. While IO came with many surprises and changes, Trinity found herself wanting to be on the ship as much as possible, not only freeing minds from the Matrix but also working on the ship, she had missed it, she had missed feeling like her younger self, having tasks aboard.
The Matrix changed after their escape, The Analyst had come up with new coding, and claimed the death of Thomas Anderson, erasing their memories, and apparently, anyone that had been used to control them had been purged, at least she wouldn’t meet with Chad once more. But The Analyst wasn’t the only program they needed to keep an eye on, they had Smith who was coming and going on his own will. The want and need to stay free make him that little bit more dangerous.
No, the Matrix wasn’t the same, the real world wasn’t the same, a lot had changed over the sixty years they had been trapped inside the Matrix but this second chance, this time they had together, not just Trinity and Neo but with their son too, this chance was something she would forever be thankful for, now all they needed was to make up for all the lost time and adjust to the new changes, the new enemies and the new alliances. They had time, for the first time since she could remember Trinity had time, battles were still being fought but the war was over, she was still a soldier at heart but above that came the lover and the mother.

Nina Harris could be your average young woman but she was far from it, at a first glance she would definitely catch your attention, with dark hair and piercing blue eyes, Nina had a natural beauty without even trying. She worked as a self-defense teacher, Friday nights were often spend with some friends in a club but behind what one would call a normal life, Nina was hiding a second life, a life that she was known as the famous hacker going by the name of Trinity.
Well known for more than a thousand cyber crimes, she is considered a legend in the cyber world. Admired by fellow hackers and chased by all agencies; but chasing her was like chasing a ghost as no one knew who she was, what she looked like, and many thoughts that Trinity was actually a guy. A master at covering her tracks to everyone except to one person in special, one person that went through the name of Morpheus.
When he finally found her and the two meet for a face to face conversation, Trinity came to learn that Morpheus was the head of an undercover agency, mostly working with cyber crimes but including on fieldwork, and they wanted her to join them, they wanted her on the team.
Using her skills for something good didn't seem so bad, there was also the plus point that Trinity would end up learning new skills, she said yes and that day Nina Harris was gone forever. As part of joining the agency, Trinity went through training, close to military training, ending up being one of the top agents and extremely trusted by Morpheus, both on-field and behind a computer. With time she started training the new members, mostly known for not being too kind, a bit of an ice queen when you first meet but definitely someone that could be trusted and willing to do anything and everything for every member of the team. Ruthless on the job, of that no one could fault her but kind for those who held close to her.
Agencies all over the world often recruit agents from Morpheus team, been considered one of the bests on the field, with his team having worked all over the world, with all national and international agencies against the most different sort of crimes and clients, once a mission is done they become ghosts again, focusing on training, bettering their skills until the next one comes through.

Modern
Trinity was born and raised in New York, a city girl at heart, with a passion for traveling, she soon came to find her calling or rather one of her passions when she watched her father training jujitsu, she had wanted to learn martial arts and after much begging and pleading with her mother, her parents had agreed. Been a quick learner, it took no time for Trinity to be one of the best in her class. Computers and coding where her second passion, she still remembered the first time she used one and how naturally everything seemed to her.
It came to no surprise to her parents when she decided to follow down that path, even if that meant leaving New York behind and the life that she knew. Always with top grades, there was no doubt that Trinity had a bright future ahead of her. Had she expected to end up as one of the best teachers over at MIT? No, but she certainly loved what she did, loved teaching, loved interacting with her students.
With the coding experience came the hacking, nothing illegal but enough to get the attention of federal agencies that seek her knowledge to stop cyber crimes among catching hackers. She would often laugh when one of her best friends teased her that she was like a superhero, a teacher by day, catching bad guys at night or so she liked to say.
But Trinity was your average woman, she had a work that she liked, a small group of close friends liked to hit the gym to keep practicing martial arts, sometimes indulging into yoga when the day had been a bit rougher, going out for dinner, having girls' night out. Was she happy with her life? Yes, she was very happy with her life but something was missing and while she had her own share of boyfriends Trinity hadn't settled down yet.
Maybe that was one of the small parts that were still missing in her life, only time would tell . . .
